1Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Kleopatrea LLC, d/b/a Kleopatra Health ("Kleopatra Health," "we," "us"), located at 14 Peach Street, Paterson, NJ 07503. By accessing kleopatra.fit or using our telemedicine services (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2Nature of the services

Kleopatra Health is a technology platform that connects patients with independently licensed physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers for virtual consultations. We do not practice medicine. All clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatment plans, and prescriptions are made solely by the treating provider, in their independent professional judgment.

4Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or be a parent/legal guardian booking on behalf of a minor.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Care is available only where a treating provider is licensed to practice and where medically appropriate for virtual delivery.

5Appointments, fees & cancellations

Consultation fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Cancellations or reschedules should be made as early as possible; fees for missed appointments or late cancellations may not be refundable. Insurance coverage, where accepted, is not guaranteed and depends on your specific plan.

6Prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued solely at the treating provider's clinical discretion, based on the information available during your visit, and only where permitted by applicable law. Certain controlled substances and medications may not be prescribed through virtual consultations. We do not guarantee that any specific medication will be prescribed.

7Your responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate health information to your provider.
• Use a private, secure connection and location for your consultations.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes, and not to misrepresent your identity or health condition.
• Follow your provider's guidance and seek in-person or emergency care when advised to do so.

8Privacy & medical records

Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy and, for Protected Health Information, our Notice of Privacy Practices, both incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, and underlying software are owned by or licensed to Kleopatrea LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

10Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kleopatrea LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for a treating provider's professional negligence, which is governed by applicable healthcare and malpractice law rather than this agreement.

12Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we believe is harmful to other users, providers, or Kleopatra Health.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where preempted by applicable federal law.
